Minister Livestock Balochistan Sardar Faisal Khan Jamali called on Chief Minister Balochistan
The government of Balochistan will provide all possible support for the development of the livestock sector. The establishment of a self-sufficient, prosperous and developed livestock sector in the province will not only benefit the farmers but will also play a key role in strengthening the economy of Balochistan. These views were expressed by Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfaraz Ahmed Bugti in a special meeting with Provincial Minister Livestock Balochistan Sardar Faisal Khan Jamali.

On this occasion, the ongoing projects and development initiatives of the Livestock Department in Balochistan were reviewed. Secretary Livestock Muhammad Tayyab Lehri was also present on the occasion. The Chief Minister appreciated the performance of the Livestock and Dairy Development Department Balochistan.

In the meeting, detailed discussions were held on strengthening institutional capacity, increasing production, and implementing sustainable and modern methods to develop the livestock sector of the province on modern lines. On this occasion, discussions were also held on the establishment of new posts from Grade 01 to 15. This is for the improvement of the workforce and promotion of employment so that the department’s capacity can be increased and the effective implementation of development projects can be ensured. There was an emphasis on better linkages between other departments and sustainable initiatives for food security, rural prosperity, and economic development.
