Eggs are a complete source of high-quality protein, providing all nine essential amino acids. Eggs contain 13 essential nutrients and vitamins along with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

One large egg contains about 6 grams of protein and 70–80 calories 5 grams of Fats. It also contains Vitamins including Vitamin A, D, E, B12, Riboflavin (B2), and Folate (B9). Moreover, it contains choline and minerals like Iron, Phosphorus, and Selenium.
