DCFA Delegation Called on CEO LDDB – Livestock and Dairy Development Board
A high-level delegation of the Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association Pakistan – DCFA Pakistan called on CEO LDDB. Dr. Shahid Amin is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Livestock and Dairy Development Board. They discussed the major challenges facing the cattle farming sector.
Chief Organizer Shahbaz Rasool Waraich was leading the delegation. DCFA Pakistan Founder President Shakir Umar Gujjar joined the online meeting.
The association’s delegation highlighted the major challenges faced by dairy farmers in Pakistan. They also emphasized the potential of the livestock sector in the economic development of the country. President DCFA Pakistan Shakir Umar Gujjar emphasized the need for government cooperation and policy reforms. These steps should enable farmers to play a more effective role in meeting the country’s growing demand for dairy products.

CEO LDDB and Recommendations of DCFA Pakistan
The association will come up with recommendations in the upcoming meeting. This will aimed at promoting long-term policy-making for the sustainable development of the sector. These recommendations will focus on addressing issues that hinder productivity and profitability for farmers, especially small-scale producers.
Dr. Shahid Amin CEO Livestock and Dairy Development Board thanked the delegation. He assured the farmers of his full cooperation. He acknowledged the important role of dairy and cattle farmers in the society. Moreover, Dr. Shahid Amin said that the government is taking special measures to support small farmers and increase their capacity to contribute to the economy.
