Importance of Diagnosis in Veterinary Practices
Khan Pets Hospital Rahim Yar Khan and Center for Animal Diagnostics Lahore organized a seminar on the importance of veterinary diagnosis in veterinary practices. Additional Director Livestock Dr. Muhammad Ismail and Deputy Director Livestock Dr. Tahir Gulzar were the special guests of the seminar.
Importance of Veterinary Diagnosis
Dr. Khizar Hayat, an expert from the Center for Animal Diagnostics, gave a special talk on Animal Diagnostics and its importance. Dr. Khizar said that thanks to modern diagnostics, veterinary doctors can help in successful diagnosis. They get confidence during treatment due to veterinary diagnosis. Accurate diagnosis saves time as well as reduces unnecessary expenditure on medicines. In this context, veterinary doctors as well as farmers and animal owners also benefit.
He said that modern diagnostic facilities include blood analysis, liver function test, renal function test, analysis of parasites, ELISA, and PCR. He said that in diagnostic facilities, modern machinery and analyzers have made the diagnostic results more effective.
Veterinary Diagnosis in Pet Practice
On this occasion, Senior Dr. Noman Farrukh of Khan Pets Hospital spoke about the benefits of modern diagnostic technology in small animal practices. He said that diagnostic facilities in pets tend to be higher than in larger animals. While highlighting the importance of veterinary diagnosis, he said, you can protect your beloved animal from many diseases. Instead of taking unnecessary tests, always go to the laboratory after the consultation with a vet, he added.
Efforts of Khan Pets Clinic
The Chief Guest appreciated Dr Noman and his team for organizing the successful seminar. He said that modern diagnostic technology is very important in veterinary practices. He emphasized the need for more such technical seminars and workshops. More than 30 well-known veterinary doctors from across the district participated in this seminar.
This was the second Veterinary Technical Seminar in South Punjab by Khan Pets Hospital. Earlier, a Workshop for Animal Ultrasonography and two pet shows were also organized in Rahim Yar Khan.
