Who is Dr. Fariha Talha?
Dr. Fariha Talha is the first lady vet of Pakistan from Hunza, reportedly. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Fartal Pharmaceuticals. Moreover, she is the founding president of the World Poultry Science Association Women Wing Pakistan. Additionally, she is also the Vice President of the WPSA Pakistan branch. Furthermore, she is the Group leader of Consumer awareness and food safety at WPSA. Dr. Fariha is working on nutrition awareness among youth and rural women. However, the poultry industry along with philanthropic circles of Pakistan acknowledges her services.

Foodfluencer Award is given to a South Asian individual or organization. In fact, this is in recognition of the efforts made to reduce hunger. These services are acknowledged at HungerCON and CrushCON organized by US Soybean Export Council.
CrushCON is an opportunity for the supply chain network to learn for advancement. On the other hand, HungerCON is the initiative of Right to Protein. Right To Protein is an awareness initiative to educate people about the importance of adequate protein consumption for better nutrition, health, and wellbeing. Moreover, this forum highlights the importance of food. Besides this, it also presents an award for working on food and hunger-reduction.
